City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The COA Regional Office No. III officials and employees gathered on December 3, 2024, for a festive Christmas tree lighting ceremony that marked the beginning of the holiday season. The event, led by Regional Director Omar S. Roque, was part of a nationwide celebration that saw all regions, including the Central Office, participating simultaneously via Cisco Webex.
